Where to Get Help
Talk to a doctor or a licensed counsellor who understands gambling. Free, confidential help is available from organisations such as Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. Search for these names online to find their websites and helplines. Telling one person you trust is the usual first step, and it is often the hardest. You do not have to figure this out alone. No one here will judge you. These organisations exist to listen without conditions.
Take a Break or Self-Exclude
A cooling-off period pauses your account for a few days or weeks. You can set it from the settings page. Self-exclusion closes your account for a fixed term—six months, a year or longer—and cannot be lifted early for any reason. To self-exclude, send a written request to support. During the term, you cannot log in, deposit or play. The platform will block new accounts in your name. This is a serious step, and it is meant to give you space.
The Money Facts
Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. The odds are always in the operator's favour over the long run. No system, streak or staking plan changes that. You should only play with money you can afford to lose. Think of your deposit as the cost of the experience, like a ticket to a show. If you win, treat it as a lucky bonus, not income. Always set a budget before you start, and stop when it is gone.
Protecting Minors
This site is for people aged 18 and above only. If you share a computer or device with anyone under 18, use filtering software to block access to gambling sites. Most security suites and free parental-control tools include this feature. Do not leave your account logged in or share your password. If you suspect a minor has accessed the site, contact support immediately. Keeping gambling away from young people is everyone's responsibility.
Set Your Spending Limits
You can set deposit limits for a day, a week or a month from your account settings. Loss limits and session time limits work the same way. A tighter limit takes effect immediately; a looser one only after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Reality-check reminders are pop-ups you can turn on to see how long you have been playing. To request any limit, go to the responsible-play section in the lobby or contact support. These tools are free and private.
Recognise a Problem – Ask Yourself
Do you chase losses by betting more to win back what you lost? Have you borrowed money, sold something or used money meant for bills to play? Do you hide how much time or money you spend on gambling? Do you play to escape stress, boredom or loneliness? Do you need larger bets to feel the same excitement? Have you missed work, lost sleep or skipped time with family because of gambling? One honest 'yes' is worth paying attention to.
